Keep a record
Keeping a diary, or some other written record, of your day to day experiences with a school refuser will become invaluable as you progress along this rocky road. Remembering exactly when something happened, when there seemed to be progress, or regressions, and other events helps when talking to professionals. get your child to do the same.
